I am a Positive Mindset Coach who specializes in working with women who are combating depression and anxiety and/or who are stuck in a negative cycle of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have always had a passion for health and wellness, as well as an interest in the connection between mind and body. While coaching is more future-focused and goal-oriented than therapy, I often draw from my background in psychology when working with clients. My empathetic approach is deeply rooted in the philosophies of Positive Psychology, which focuses on helping clients to flourish and to lead their best lives through optimal functioning. I coach clients to develop and work towards small, attainable goals meant for creating lasting change for the better, and I enjoy celebrating with them when they are successful!
