My clients often come to me with the expressed goal to lose weight and end up experiencing positive shifts in their overall health and life.

My clients are unique and we create a personal path to wellness. Each of my clients are different and I work to create health and wellness that fits into their lives without restriction and dieting.

I work with clients to:

-create routines and establish habits to improve their health, life and to lose weight

-learn to meal prep and find new meal ideas

-understand emotional eating, triggers and cravings

-improve sleep

-increase energy

-reduce stress

-education on food and newest health research

-encouraging self esteem, confidence and positive body image

-learn new techniques such as EFT, meditation and breathing to increase their awareness and mindfulness to reach their goals

-create a workout/exercise/movement plan

-have freedom from food

My clients know its not a quick fix and are a part of their solution and I hold a shame free, non-judgmental space for them to make progress toward their goals.

I encourage my clients to nourish every part of their life.I offer discounts when you sign up for my 3 or 6 month programs.

My clients have access to me between sessions by email. If my clients are not local, we work together by phone, Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Zoom.
