Health coaching is a way for you to improve your overall well being. If you’re looking to create sustainable and lasting changes in your health and lifestyle in order to live up to your happiest and fullest potential, health coaching may be the perfect fit for you!
I offer 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month health coaching programs catered specifically to each individual client based on their health and wellness goals and aspirations.
With 1-on-1 health coaching, we can determine your wellness goals and create individualized action plans to achieve those goals. By providing you guidance, support, and accountability you will foster a healthier, happier, more balanced life.
What’s Included in all programs:
-A coaching program completely catered to your needs
-Continuous support (text and email)
-Opportunity to design meal plans, create recipes, develop a workout routine, or brainstorm other life goals
-Goal setting and accountability coaching
6 Month Intensive Program
Meet 2x Month •(50 MINUTE SESSIONS)
In the 6 month program, we will meet 2 times a month in person - or over Skype/phone if you are not local to my geography. These bi-monthly meetings will be supplemented with email and text support to keep you accountable. Program additions include recipes, articles, food samples, pantry makeovers, farmer’s market and/or grocery store tours, and workout plans if requested.
3 Month Program
Meet 2x Month •(50 MINUTES SESSIONS)
In the 3 month program, we will meet 2 times a month in person - or over Skype/call if you are not local to my geography. These monthly meetings will be supplemented with email and text support to keep you accountable.
1 Month Program
Meet 4x Month •(30 MINUTES SESSIONS)
In the 1 month program, we will meet weekly in person - or over Skype/call if you are not local to my geography. These monthly meetings will be supplemented with email and text support to keep you accountable. After the 4 weeks, you will have the option to extend 8 more weeks to complete the 3 month program. At this time, pricing will remain the same but we will change meetings from weekly 30 minute calls to bi-weekly 50 minute calls instead.
If you're interested in exploring Health Coaching with me, the first step would be to reach out upon which I would provide you a Health History form for you to fill out and send back to me. We would then go through a 30-minute free consultation call and determine if the programs are a fit for you and your goals!
