Eat for Weight Loss

Most experts agree that at least 80% of weight loss is based upon what you eat. I will help you reacquaint yourself with food in a way that ensures you enjoy what you eat and lose weight in a progressive, healthy manner.

This is not a fad diet. You will not SHED weight. You will lose a several pounds per month. When you get to a healthy weight, you will not have trouble keeping it off.

This package includes a 12 month program:

  • The first session is 3 hours and is focused heavily on me getting to know you.
  • Four one-hour sessions; one per week for the first month. These will focus on meal prep, problem solving, and laying the ground work.
  • Eleven two-hour check ins; once per month. These will be for assessing progress, introducing new cooking techniques, and teaching new recipes.
  • Additionally, throughout the twelve months you are welcome to call/text for quick "check-ins" and questions.
